To further work on your request, please give me access to your store by creating a Staff account following the below steps:
- Go to Shopify admin >> Settings >> Users and Permissions >> Add Staff
- Enter the first name (Transtore), the last name (Support), and an email address (support@transtore.app)
- Choose at least Themes (with the ability to edit Theme code), and App permissions
- Click "Send invite" to send the invitation to us.
