Translate Currency Code in Arabic

Modified on Wed, 2 Apr at 7:03 AM

Based on our experience, translating currency codes into Arabic is not Shopify's standard functionality. Currency codes (e.g., USD, EUR, GBP) are typically displayed in their universal three-letter format, regardless of the store's language settings.

Additionally, whether currency codes appear translated may depend on your theme provider. Some themes may allow customization through their settings, while others may require custom coding or third-party apps to achieve this. If translating currency codes into Arabic is essential for your store, we recommend consulting your theme provider for more details and potential solutions.
