Can I use my theme’s default switcher instead of the Transtore switcher?

Transtore is designed to work best with its built-in switcher. While some Shopify themes include a default language or currency switcher, these theme switchers may not be fully compatible with Transtore’s features.

We recommend using only the Transtore switcher

Using a theme’s default switcher can cause conflicts or inconsistent behavior, as it may not fully support Transtore features such as switching language/currency/country, geolocation. To ensure everything works correctly, we recommend using only one Transtore switcher on your storefront.

You can easily customize the Transtore switcher to match your store’s design by going to Switcher section → Customization:
