Which permissions do I need to provide for support team to help me to embed/change the position of switcher?

To further assist with your request, kindly give us access to your store by creating a Staff account following the below steps:
  1. Go to Shopify admin >> Settings >> Users and Permissions >> Add Staff
  2. Enter the first name (Transtore), the last name (Support), and an email address (support@transtore.app)
  3. Choose at least Themes (with the ability to edit Theme code), and App permissions
  4. Click "Send invite" to send the invitation to us.
In case you are using a Shopify basic plan, and have limited number of staff account, we are ok with a Collaborator account. Please share your Shopify domain & the code with us that will be required to send a Collaborator request from our side.
