First of all, we are so sorry for any inconvenience caused to you.
There are a few things you need to check as the following to narrow down the root cause:
1. Please make sure that you have translated languages and/or converted currencies properly based on your needs.
2. Publish languages/currencies to make them appear in our switcher.
3. To show the Transtore switcher on your storefront, you need to activate our App embed from your Shopify's Themes Editor first. Just click on the link attached in Transtore in-app and save the setting then.
4. To show Switcher on your storefront, you will need to turn on Switcher on our Transtore app, using a floating or embedded style. You can see the Preview screen to choose the one fit into your store.
5. Our app relies on our switcher to function properly. If you're using an alternative switcher from another app or the built-in theme switcher, our app's functions may not work correctly.
6. Most of the time the issue comes from your settings in Shopify Market.
- If you are getting issues with language, make sure that in your Primary market, just make sure to turn on all target languages
If there is any difficulty to follow the above steps, or even if you have done all of them but the issue still persists, please give us the following permissions in the staff account (send an invitation to support@transtore.app), and our Dev team will investigate the issue further.
