Actually, a few customers reported the same issue as you, then our Dev team tried to reproduce the issue on many new stores, however, we could not reproduce that issue.
In the meantime, customers who were getting that issue confirmed to us that when they logged in to the app again, the issue was resolved, so please try to re-login to the app first.
In case the issue still persists after that, please help to create a ticket for our support team, and confirm the following information:
1. Are you using the Chrome browser or another one? In case it is Chrome browser, which version are you using?
2. Are you blocking cookies in your browser or not?
3. Also please give us a staff account (with at least Themes, Markets, and Apps permissions) so we can try to install the app from our side during the troubleshooting progress.
