Geolocation pop-up does not appear. What should I do?

The pop-up will only appear the first time on each device and, by default, should be displayed again after 30 days.

May I know if this is the first time you tested the device? If not, please help to test again on an Incognito window/tab to avoid any caching issue.


Also, could you please provide the country of origin for the device's IP address? If the IP address matches the default store country, the pop-up will also not appear.
