2. Were you redirected to the primary market or another market? If another market, please provide its name.
3. Which language did you choose at that time?
Please ensure that the language chosen in point 3 exists in the market mentioned in point 2. If it doesn’t, add it to that market and re-check the issue.
If the problem persists, please send us a staff account or a Collaborator account with the following permissions for further investigation:
