I built content using Rich text, but cannot find them in the app to translate?

In many cases, there is a misunderstanding from customers like you when building content directly in Theme Editor. Please keep in mind that you cannot edit content directly in the Pages, Products, or Collections sections of our app. 


Instead, please check the Theme section to determine what type of content it actually is. Sometimes, it might actually be Rich Text.


In that case, edits should be made in: Translations → Theme → Templates


This is where all content built with Rich Text, Collapsible Content, and other theme-built text blocks like "Image with Text" are stored.


Important Notes

  1. There is a lot of content in the Templates section, so it might lag sometimes when you scroll down the page.
  2. You can search for specific content by using your browser's search function. 
    • On Windows, press Ctrl + F. 
    • On Mac, press Cmd + F.
  3. If you cannot find or edit the content you need, please send us the exact content and your store access. We’ll be happy to assist you.
